From the town Mönichkirchen up to the Mönichkirchner Schwaig you can follow an easy uphill flowtrail until you reach the grassy hillside of the Mönichkirchner Schwaig, where you can find a lot of restaurants and huts for a break.

The trail then leads back downhill on a flowy Singletrail through the forest which will end in Mönichkirchen.

It's a perfect route for a relaxed and fun mountainbike day trip for beginners or riders who just want to enjoy the lovely natural trails with more speed.
